Here's a step-by-step guide on how to scan, rent, charge, and return without the Brick app.

Step 1: Scan the QR code
Every Brick powerbank station is equipped with a prominently displayed QR code. This QR code serves as the key to accessing a power bank. To initiate the rental process, simply take out your phone and use its camera to scan the QR code.

Step 2: Follow the link
Upon scanning the QR code, you'll notice a link popping up on your screen. All you need to do is tap on this link, and it will seamlessly open your web browser, directing you to Brick's appless rental page.

Step 3: Get started 
Once you're on Brick's appless rental page, you have the option to proceed with your phone number or log in using your Google or Apple accounts. If you choose to continue with your phone number, you'll receive a confirmation code for verification.

Step 4: Initiate the rental
Now comes the part where you get to choose your preferred payment method. Brick takes the security of your financial data seriously and has implemented measures to ensure that your information remains safe and secure.

Step 5: Unlock your Powerbank
Once you have set up your payment method, you're just one click away from unlocking a powerbank. Simply click the "Start Rental" button. The station will initiate the process, and within a few moments, you'll notice the light next to one of the powerbanks in the station start blinking. That's the signal that a powerbank has been released and is ready for you to use. 

Step 6: Charge 
With the powerbank in your hands, all you need to do is connect it to your device using one of the provided cables: Micro USB, Type-C, or an iPhone Lightning cable. Once connected, press the on-button located on the side of the powerbank, and voila! Your device will start charging! 

Step 7: Return the power bank
Once you've finished charging your device, it's time to end your rental. The great thing is that you can return the power bank to any Brick station, not necessarily the one you rented it from! Simply find the closest Brick station and return the power bank there.
